Sub-processors

These are the third parties that may process customer data in the course of delivering Trazer. We maintain this list so customers can assess it before committing, and we will give notice before adding a new one.
Infrastructure
Database, authentication, file storage and server-side functions. This provider holds workspace data at rest.
Hosting and content delivery for the application itself.

Artificial intelligence
Where AI features are enabled, text from the workspace is sent to our AI provider to generate the response requested, and is not used to train models.
This sub-processor is only engaged for workspaces with AI features switched on.
Email delivery
Outbound and inbound email for deal correspondence is handled by our email delivery provider, which processes message content, sender and recipient addresses.
Each workspace sends from its own verified domain.
Accounting integration
Where a customer connects their accounting system, invoice and customer records are transmitted to it at the customer's instruction. That provider is the customer's own vendor, and their handling of the data is governed by the customer's agreement with them.
Changes to this list
We will notify workspace administrators before a new sub-processor begins processing customer data, giving a reasonable opportunity to raise an objection.
