Acceptable Use Policy
Draft, not yet in force
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses a Trazer workspace.
You must not
- Send unsolicited bulk email, or use the platform's sending capability for marketing to people who have not agreed to hear from you
- Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material
- Attempt to access another workspace, or to circumvent the access controls that separate them
- Probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our prior written consent
- Reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product
- Share sign-in codes or account access with people who have not been invited to the workspace
- Use the service to process special categories of personal data without agreeing appropriate additional terms with us first
- Resell or sublicense access without a written agreement
Email in particular
Because each workspace sends from its own verified domain, misuse damages the customer's own domain reputation first. It also puts shared delivery infrastructure at risk, which is why we take it seriously.
Sending to purchased or scraped lists is prohibited.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend access where necessary to protect the platform, other customers, or third parties. Where circumstances allow we will contact the workspace administrator first.
Reporting
Report suspected misuse to [legal@yourdomain].
Questions about this document can be sent to us through the contact form, and we will route them to the right place.
